  • Appointment Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows CexeCells to offer the spot to another guest on our waitlist. If you cancel within 24 hours and we’re unable to fill your appointment, a 20% late cancellation fee will apply. Don’t worry—every member gets one “Oops” pass each year, no questions asked.
