Refund Policy for CexeCells, Inc.

At CexeCells Skin Care, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your skincare product, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Opened Products: We may only accept returns or exchanges for opened products if the item is damaged, defective, or there is a quality issue.

Unused Products: Unopened, unused products can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or as part of a final clearance may not be eligible for refunds. Please review the terms for each promotional sale.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@cexecells.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • After contacting us, we will send you instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We may require you to provide a photo of the item.
