Here at CexeCells, I will work hard to maintain high standards, from my quality service to the relaxing atmosphere. I do my best to ensure you receive the best experience possible. The following is a general listing of my policies.

*We do not accept out of state checks. There is a $35 fee for any returned check.
Although I make every effort to keep my website and facial menu updated, please note that all prices and services are subject to change at the discretion of management. I love having you as a client, but I do reserve the right to refuse any service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking for selected services.
Please notify me before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, special physical concerns or diabetes. All guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.
New clients should plan to arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to complete a client information form.
At CexeCells Skin Care, we greatly appreciate receiving tips, but they are not expected. Tipping should always be left to the discretion of the client. As a client, you will never be reminded to leave a gratuity before you leave.
Appointments are needed for all services. Appointments may be scheduled online on our website under the BOOK NOW icon.
Late Policy – I totally understand the Long Island traffic can be brutal, and CexeCells Skin Care will do our best to fit in your entire appointment if it doesn’t cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed.

Cancellation/No Show Policy – We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24-Hour cancellation Policy. This allows CexeCells Skin Care to fill the spot you reserved.
For anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able to fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the appointment booked. Now, we are not sticklers – everyone gets 1 free “oops” pass.
