Reset, Rebalance, and Feel Lighter in Just 3 Days

Josie Rushing’s 3-Day Anti-Inflammation Cleanse + Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage at CexeCells

If you’ve been feeling bloated, puffy, or disconnected from your body, this is the reset you didn’t know you needed. Developed by Josie Rushing, the pioneer behind the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage method I use here at CexeCells, this program is a simple yet powerful combination of food and bodywork designed to help you feel lighter, flatter, and more energized—in just 3 days.

No gimmicks. No starving. No endless supplements. Just clean, anti-inflammatory meals paired with a signature technique that supports the body’s natural ability to release and renew.

Let’s break it down.

Why This Cleanse Works

✔️ Reduces Water Retention

Lean proteins, leafy greens, berries, and antioxidant-rich foods help flush out excess water and sodium—especially helpful if you’re feeling puffy or holding weight in your midsection, thighs, or face.

✔️ Calms the Gut

Inflammation slows digestion and irritates the gut lining. This plan uses gentle, nutrient-rich foods that ease digestive stress and reduce gas, bloating, and discomfort.

✔️ Supports Lymphatic Drainage and Detox

Your liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system thrive on clean fuel. By removing inflammatory triggers and flooding the body with supportive nutrients, this plan makes it easier for your system to clear out waste and toxins—especially when paired with a lymphatic drainage session.

Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Why at Night?
Chia seeds support digestion, reduce bloating, and help you wake up with a flatter belly. They’re rich in fiber, protein, healthy fats, and omega-3s to support the lymphatic and nervous systems. Plus, tryptophan promotes better sleep and mood.

To Make:

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together and let soak overnight. Top with a handful of berries before serving.

Guidelines for Success

  • Drink green tea and plenty of water throughout the day
  • Enjoy chamomile tea after dinner to support digestion and relaxation
  • Include a minimum of 30 minutes of walking or light movement daily
  • Apply a castor oil patch over the belly button overnight to support detox
  • Avoid alcohol and refined sugar completely
  • Snacks are optional—use them only if needed
  • Vegans/vegetarians may substitute protein with tofu, lentils, or chickpeas
  • Feel free to repeat meals/snacks from other days

Tip: Weigh yourself the morning of Day One and again after Day Three. But remember—it’s not about the number. It’s about how your body feels: lighter, calmer, clearer.

When to Schedule Your Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Session

To maximize results, book your Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatment using Josie Rushing’s method on Day Two or Day Three of the cleanse. Your digestive and lymphatic systems will be primed for release, and the manual stimulation will help accelerate the detox process—giving you visible and felt results.

Expect to leave feeling:

  • Less bloated in the belly, thighs, and face
  • Flushed of retained fluid and toxins
  • Energized and restored
  • More sculpted and defined

Every session at CexeCells includes 10 minutes of lymphatic stimulation before and after to help guide the body’s natural elimination pathways.

From Michele: Why I Believe in This Method

As a licensed esthetician with a passion for results-driven treatments and nurturing care, I’ve never experienced anything like Josie’s technique or her cleanse. I believe in both so much I’ve incorporated them directly into my practice here at CexeCells.

This isn’t a crash diet or a quick fix. It’s a reset. One that’s grounded in science, rooted in self-care, and designed to help you reconnect with your body in just three days.
